Planning and Zoning Commission
The Planning and Zoning Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 3:00 PM in Room Five (5) Of The Grove Community Center, 104 West Third Street, Grove, OK 74344.
Special Meetings of the Planning and Zoning Board will be called from time to time, as needed. The date and location will be posted in accordance to the Oklahoma Meeting & Open Records Title 25, § 311 (A)(11).
In accordance to the Planning & Zoning Commission By-Laws, should the meeting date occur on a Holiday, then the Board will meet the following Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
All meetings are open, and the Public is invited and encouraged to attend.
The City of Grove and the Planning and Zoning Commission are committed to the provisions of equal access to government for all of its citizens. To this extent, any physically impaired person in need of reasonable accommodation in order to participate should contact the City Clerk at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
