Beginning October 12, 2020
Har-Ber Road/13th Street from Quail Run to Leisure Lane.  This section of Har-Ber Road/13th Street will be subject to asphalt sealing operations.  During this time, sections of Har-Ber Road/13th Street will be closed to through traffic to allow for the proper installation and curing of the seat coat product.  Please plan to use alternate routes during this phase of construction as no traffic will be allowed to travel on the affected portions of Har-Ber Road/13th Street.  Construction will be phased in such a way to allow for access to residences and businesses who only means of access is via Har-Ber Road.

Beginning September 30, 2020
S. Grand Street from W 3rd Street to W 4th Street.  This section of Grand Street will be subject to asphalt paving operations.  All residences, businesses, entrances and driveways along the affected portion of Grand Street will remain open and accessible.  The public can expect travel delays as well as unavailability of on-street parking.  Grand Street will remain open to traffic during construction operations.  All vehicles parked on the affected streets will be moved during this time.

Beginning September 25, 2020
The Grove Street Department will be performing street maintenance along 293 Road off of 595 Road and Lake Breeze Drive between its intersection with 293 Rd., north through its intersection with Lighthouse Springs Drive.  This work will take place on Friday, September 25, 2020 and on Monday and Tuesday, September 28-29, 2020.  This work will include milling the existing street, minor base repair and asphalt replacement ranging from minor patching to an extended overlay.  On these dates, traffic along these streets will be impacted by this work including delays and detours.  The scheduling of this work may be impacted by weather and delayed a few days in the event of rain.  The City apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause in your travel and encourage caution and safety when driving in construction zones. Beginning September 17, 2020
Sumac Rd E 18th St to State Park Rd.  This section of Sumac Rd will be closed to through traffic with a detour route by way of Main St.  All residences along the affected portion of Sumac Rd will remain open and accessible.  Construction will include the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement, aggregate base and sodding along Baycrest Ave.

Beginning September 11, 2020
South Grand Street will be subject to asphalt milling and paving operations.  All residences, businesses, entrances and driveways along the affected portion of South Grand Street will remain open and accessible.  The public can expect travel delays as well as unavailability of on-street parking.  Grand Street will remain open to traffic during construction operations.

Beginning September 3, 2020
Colby Lane from Cardiac Cove Road to Dubois Lane will be closed to through traffic.  All residences and driveways along the affected portion of Colby Lane will remain open and accessible.  Construction includes the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement, aggregate base and sodding along Colby Lane.

Pond Street from Har-Ber Road to 16th Street will remain open to through traffic during the asphalt milling and paving operations.  All residences and driveways along the affected portion of Pond Street will remain open and accessible.  

Beginning August 24, 2020
Baycrest Avenue from Lookout Lane to Quail Run will be closed to thru-traffic. The Detour Route is Bay Shore by way of Lookout Lane, click the link below to view the street closure map.  All residences and driveways along the affected portion of Baycrest will remain open and accessible. Construction will include the removal and replacement of the asphalt pavement, aggregate base and sodding along Baycrest Avenue.
