GMSA Board Members
Grove Municipal Services Authority is a five member board. Each member is appointed by the Mayor and Council and serves a 5 year term.

Andy was appointed by the Mayor and Council to fulfill the unexpired term of Michael Ferguson who recently resigned due to relocating. Term expires 09/25
Andy has over 11 years of experience in water and gas services. He was involved with the connection of water and gas taps in the Patricia Island Estates Development.
Andy is actively involved with the Grove community and hopes to see it continue to grow. Andy has served on the Grove Rotary Club Board, and is currently the President Elect for the Grove Rotary Club. He has served as the Chairman of the local YMCA board for the past two years.
Andy brings problem solving skills to GMSA with his business experience working with customers on a daily basis. He has the ability to solve problems by 'thinking outside the box'.

Ivan has over 50 years experience in business management and development including management of national retail operations. During his business management career Ivan has had the opportunity to work with personnel, budgeting, bottom lines, and strategic planning, these experiences help him made good business decisions for the GMSA.
Ivan is a good listener and it is his desire to hear what people have to say and serve as the spokesperson for the citizens of Grove.
Ivan's goal as a GMSA Trustee is to promote growth and development in Grove, and enhance the Quality of Life for Grove residents.
Ivan has a lifelong commitment to Grove, he has served as the Rotary District 6110 Assistant District Governor for three years; Grove Rotary Club President for 1 year; President of the Grove Rotary Foundation; Chairman of the Trinity Baptist Council of Deacons; City of Grove Vice-Mayor; Chairman of Grove Area Chamber of Commerce; and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grove.

Berwin has served on the Grove Municipal Services Authority for over five years. His 35 years of engineering, project management and implementation of public policy experience makes him a great asset to the Authority.
His extensive experience with financial management, project management and contracting allows him to think outside of the box and make good decisions for what is best for the Authority based on his experience and knowledge.
Berwin is dedicated to serving his community and providing quality public services to Grove residents. Not only does Berwin serve as a Trustee of the Grove Municipal Services Authority, he also serves as the Chairman of the Grove Municipal Airport Managing Authority, and is a member of the Grove Rotary Club. He has previously served on the Grove Board of Adjustments, and City Council.

Ed has served on the Grove City Council since April 2010, he was appointed to fulfill a vacant term that expired in 2013. In 2011, the council members elected Trumbull to serve as the Vice-Mayor; he served in that capacity until 2017. In 2013 and 2017, Ed had uncontested races and was re-elected to serve as a councilman for four-years. In 2017, he was elected by council members to serve as the Mayor, and today (2023) he is still the reigning Mayor, and has never had a contested race.
Serving on the council and as Mayor for several years, Ed is aware of the infrastructure needs of the community, particularly on the utility side. Ed brings years of experience to GMSA and his knowledge is a huge asset to our community.

Justin is a Plumbing Contractor that has served the Grove and Grand Lake area for 17 years. He also served as a Firefighter and Officer for the Grove Fire Department for 18 years.
Justin brings years of experience owning his plumbing company, working with contractors and understanding utilities and how they're integrated.
'When asked why he wanted to serve as a Trustee on GMSA, he stated "Grove is growing at a substantial rate and I'd like to help insure the infrastructure of Grove is growing along with the community."
