Grove Municipal Services Authority is a private entity founded in 1957.  Grove Municipal Services Authority is governed by a Board comprised of 5 members.  In addition to providing gas to the Grove area we also sell gas to our surrounding neighbors including Afton, Fairland, Jay and Delaware County Rural Water and Gas Districts Numbers 6, 9 and 10.

We bill approximately 4,000 residential, commercial and industrial gas customers.  It is estimated that approximately 85 percent of the homes in Northeast Oklahoma area use natural gas for home heating and water heating.  Almost 60 percent prefer gas for cooking.

GMSA also provides the area with water and sewer service.  Our main objective is to provide continuous service to all of our customers in a safe and satisfactory manner.  We also want to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly system.  To help maintain the integrity of our system and surrounding area we join the state, county and local government agencies, Okie One-Call and Contractors to accomplish this task.  We also ask for the assistance of our customers and general public to help keep our system as safe as possible. 

Board Meetings are held in the Grove Community Center on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 3:00pm.
