Due to the forecasted winter weather, City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, February 18 and Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The City Council meeting for this evening has been cancelled and Municipal Court will not be in session. All court cases will be rescheduled to next Wednesday. Please check here and the city facebook page for updates. 

We will be opening a Warming station from Tuesday, February 18, 2025 to Friday February 21, 2025. It will open at 3:00 pm on Tuesday and close at approximately 3:00 pm on Friday. It will be available 24/day during this time. The location is 104 W Third ST in Grove. Animals are welcome on a leash or in a crate.
