The Planning and Zoning Commission has five members.  Each member is appointed by the Mayor and Council and serves a three year term.

Grove Economic Development Authority is a five member board.  Each member is appointed by the Mayor and Council and serves a four year term.

Grove Municipal Services Authority is a five member board.  Each member is appointed by the Mayor and Council and serves a 5 year term.
