The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold three Public Hearings on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 3 p.m. in Room 5 at the Grove Community Center, 104 W. 3rd Street Grove, OK.
The City Council will hold three Public Hearings on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 6 p.m. in Room 5 at the Grove Community Center, 104 W. 3rd Street Grove, OK.
1) The purpose of the Public Hearing is to take public comments from property owners regarding a request to re-zone property known as Walnut Grove Community from R-1 Single Family Residential District to A-1 Agriculture for the use of bare ground for agriculture use.
2) The purpose of the Public Hearing is to take public comments from property owners regarding a request to rezone property located at 1302 Rockwood Drive, Grove, OK from C-3 Highway Commercial and Commercial Recreation to R-1 Single Family Resident District for the use of a single-family dwelling.
3) The purpose of the Public Hearing is to take public comments from property owners regarding a request for a Special Use Permit for a property as a Vacation Rental Home at 1208 Redbud Drive, Grove, OK.
